I'm trying to decide if L will fit in his toddler bed until we need it for the baby, then I plan on buying him a cabin bed. He will be nearly 4 when baby is born so say 6-6.5 when baby could come out the cot.
Its the Ikea white toddler bed with sheep on the headboard.
What age did you move your lo from toddler to full size bed?

Aaron moved just before 3. Phoebe will be in hers until similar at least. Fit wise not a problem just we moved and the room (my mums) had a single bed already

Thanks. Abi was about 4 I think but that was because we needed the bed for Logan. I don't think the length will be a problem, it's more the width, he looks huge in it already and always seems to be hanging out the side.
Just do t want to have to store it until we need it again lol

S is 4.5 but tall and he's looking very big in his now so we're getting him a bunk in the next few weeks

N was 4, he could have stayed in longer but we decided to get him a single and give the cotbed to A. He did look huge in it and he appreciates the extra space, although he can easily still fit in it as he showed me the other day lying down it with one of A's dummies in

Not wanting to admit this but B was 6. We moved into a rental property when I separated from ex-H (B was 4) and his room was tiny so we kept it, he still fit in it pretty well. Just after he turned 6 we moved in with my OH and he has been in a double bed since as that was in the spare room here, he is about to get a high sleeper though.
So, in short, he was 6.

George will be 4 in October and I think he is ready for a proper bed, he does fit in the little bed but he looks huge in it! Reggie will be in the compact cot in our room until at least 6 months so there's no rush, but we'll be looking to put G in a single bed over the coming months, so probably about 4.5 ish.

My son will be 5 in November and moving out of the same bed you mention into a single bed then. It isn't wide enough really but his wee body is obviously just aware of the width and he sleeps very well in it.
