So we have something like this for downstairs so I don't have to keep going up & down the stairs after my section. What all should we store in it to save as many trips as possible During day time? As you can tell I have absolutely no clue!

Nappies, wipes (or cotton wool and water if you're using in the early days) nappy sacks, hand sanitizer, a couple of spare vests and baby grows in case of accidents, a couple of muslins which are handy to grab if baby starts to wee when nappy is off!

As above plus nappy rash cream if you use it. I also have kitchen roll to hand for cleaning up explodapoos - Violet has a knack of pooing when her nappy is off.

Now S is a bit bigger I also have a little toy in the basket with all her changing stuff to distract her from playing with the dirty nappy/nappy bag or eating the wipes!

Great thanks ladies.
Is there some special nappy rash cream that contains castor oil & zinc so poos don't stick to their skin? If so could you tell me a brand & name so I can get some please?

I've never used it but I know boots do it, it's just called castor oil and zinc nappy cream there
