I have the usual spag bols / chilli / shepherds pies / sausages casseroles either in the freezer already or Ocado are bringing the ingredients for them tomorrow!
But what i would like is some inspiration for snacks / puddings? Idea folks please?
Also can i (for example) freeze muffins? Be it homemade or otherwise?
How long does flapjack keep? (homemade!)

Yes you can freeze muffins.
Homemade flapjack should last about a week in an airtight container (though in our house it gets scoffed long before that!!)
Crumble would make a good frozen pud.
I make a lovely roasted pepper and butternut squash cous cous salad and that freezes ok.
Will keep thinking!

Stewed fruit. I have stacks of pears in the freezer from our tree in the garden. They are an easy pud either on their own or in a crumble or pie if I feel like making more of an effort. You can freeze most sponge cakes - I find them a bit dry when they're defrosted but ith a cup of tea they'll do. Banana cake is a good one but also frozen vanilla cupcakes.
I'm also just about to freeze a quiche which I've read can be cut up into portions and frozen that way.

Scones freeze really well and can be taken out individually when visitors pop over or when you fancy one!

i made banana loaf and froze that, came out nice. I aso got in lots of soups and part baked rolls for easy lunches. Any sort of fruit pie will freeze well. x
