we've been out for a few walks with the dog this week and I've got a few insect bites. Last night I put anthisan cream on them (just a tiny bit) and just went to put it on again now and for some reason it dawned on me that perhaps I shouldn't and I've googled and the nhs website says its not safe!

so two questions, does anyone know what I can use and does anyone know what 'harm' it does?

I get bitten loads and have used one of these for the last few years, was very sceptical at first but it really does work.  I can't find on the website whether it is suitable in pregnancy but can't see why it wouldn't be

Lemongrass in a wee bit of grape seed oil, or olive oil from the kitchen.

Thank you ladies, JB I'm going to boots today so will definitely get that. Ive never heard of it before. So easy to forget that you might not be ok to use creams etc! Need to be a bit more aware of that.
