This week I've had so much rubbish for dinner and need to try and eat a more healthy balance. I don't really eat alot of veg and conscious I should be.
Any tips on meals or good things to be eating? Did anyone else not eat great and everything was fine with the baby? I'm taking my multivitamin everyday and do eat quite alot of fruit but just concerned I might be doing some harm!

Try not to worry - if baby was affected by what you eat, my second would have been born a cake! Think of all the mums who cannot stomach much due to MS and everything is fine. I'd just eat as much healthy stuff as you can manage.

I ate hardly anything in the first tri due to nausea and junk for the rest and P is very healthy and happy and weighed 8lbs x

I ate healthily for a few weeks but then I didn't eat very well at all & Isobelle was fine! Once I started weaning her then we all started eating healthily together (although that is hit & miss too!)
I had about 5 take aways a week during my last pregnancy. Baby was a very bouncy 9lb 9oz, and I managed to lose a stone and a half off my booking in weight.
Best diet EVER, haha.

I eat rubbish, always have. I did try to eat more healthily during pregnancy but if I'm honest, I didn't. He's fine!

Thanks everyone, reassuring to hear! I've just done a big healthy shop at sainsburys but I won't lie, I'm far from excited about dinners this week! I did look up some meal ideas and found a couple of 2nd Tri meal planners and they included things like chilli con carne and chicken korma with steamed rice so I'll throw in a couple of things like that so it's not all less appetising stuff!
