Toast, crumpets, muffins, weetabix, porridge, fruit, porridge fingers or pancakes, normal pancakes. Egg in various forms.

F usually has weetabix followed by a banana and maybe a bit of toast later with daddy before he goes to work. Sometimes he'll have Rice Krispies or cornflakes and, as a treat, he has Cheerios.
Other than cereal, he has scrambled egg and toast, muffin, pancakes, fruit.

Just had to Google porridge fingers, can't believe Ive never heard of them before! My son would have loved them!

is egg ok for babies then? I wasn't sure if it was risky.
muffin and crumpets sound good and I'm going to have to google porridge fingers!

F had a dairy allergy and she used to have Weetabix or porridge with soya milk or just with water. I'd add pureed fruit to make it taste nicer if I made it with water. Eggs are fine as long as they are thoroughly cooked. So soft boiled is a bit risky but scrambled eggs cooked through are fine
I did keep getting asked if she could have eggs when she had a dairy allergy but I would just respond that she may have a problem with cows eggs but ones from hens weren't dairy!
