I'm in an annoying in between stage where my maternity jeans are slipping down and are too big but my normal jeans are too small - cant even do them up. I don't actually want to fit into my normal jeans again as it will mean I've lost too much weight, I'm hoping to cling onto the extra stone but lose my tummy (not sure how realistic this is). The warm weather is late coming this year again so it's not like I can go and buy some nice spring/summery floaty type clothes and I can't buy new jeans in my current size as I do plan on getting rid of this mummy tummy. What does everyone else do??

I'd get to primark or new look and buy a couple of pair if their £10 jeans in a size that fits you now just to get you through the next few months.

Leggings all the way!

Leggings, jeggings, vest tops with cardigans (when BF). When I was just at home I wore Primark 'love to lounge' pants- they were like posh black PJ pants that didn't look like PJs IYKWIM.

What kind of tops do you wear with leggings? And shoes? I never wear them and H and I call them fanny grabbers after seeing some horrific sights in yeovil once
No primark here but will try h&m.

I wore my normal clothes throughout my pregnancy (things that stretched/were loose fitting), so wore them after baby was born. Dresses, with leggings under it.
I wear leggings under my skirts, or with short dresses. Either wear converse, or my Dr Martens.

I've been a variety of sizes over the years, so I had bigger clothes that fitted post birth. I'm yet to get back into the smallest sizes. :-(

Long tops or dresses with leggings, with uggs or flat boots.

Exactly what EB said, when the weather is warmer I swap the boots for pumps/flip flops.

Another vote for leggings from me too. I wear long jumpers or tunics with mine, Dorothy Perkins are good for anything like that.

Ok I'm going to attempt shopping with baby in tow today and look out for some long tops and dresses. Thanks girls.

I wear really thick tights and dresses if I'm out and fancy pjs or joggers in the house. When I got to eight weeks my c section scar allowed me to wear jeans and lots of lovely floaty tops. However I needwd new jeans as my normal obea were too long slung for my scar and too big. U bought the same Size but new and shiny not all worn in elastic. The new ones are getting big now too.
