I'm starting to think about Isobelle's 2nd birthday in Feb. I was orginally thinking of doing an afternoon party 2-5 but wondered if actually a morning party would be better with naps & general happiness so do 10-12.30.
Thoughts, opinions & experience needed please x

I think 10am was too early. There's no way we would be ready to go to a party at that time, I think possibly 11.30amis-2pm maybe? Then lunch about 12.30apm

Thanks ladies, 10am probably is too early (my hubby will also say that!!!). It also seems that afternoons are more readily available & cheaper!

My girls nap in the afternoons but it seems there are in the minority as all the twins club groups are in the afternoons so we never get to go! The earliest we have had a party is 10.30 but we try to get the 11-1 booking as it fits best it with playing and eating!

All the places I've looked into are either morning or afternoon bookings as 11 - 1 would be ideal as Isobelle usually naps at some point early afternoon. Will talk to 1 of the halls I really like tomorrow to book somewhere. Maybe later afternoon 3 -5 would be better? Although if family are travelling down on a Sunday that leaves it a bit late for them to travel back!! Mrs B, I did her 1st at home last year & it was more or less a drop in when you wish for most of the day which worked well but it's too small here for muliple toddlers!
