could u use watered down red wine? Like 3 parts water to 1 part wine. The cooking burns most the alcohol off anyway. failing that use water and maybe a few extra stock cubes for flavour? X

yeah if cooking you can use wine, like LH86 said, it burns off the alcohol. otherwise maybe use chicken stock or something in combination with wine?
