Has anyone heard anything about these being used to help fertility? A friend mentioned her sister had tried one of them with good success and a) I hadn't heard about it on this forum (where you lot are super clever) and b) I caner remember which one she said it was!

I haven't used it myself but I remember reading about Wheat Grass on the Natural Fertility Info website, there is a bit at the bottom of this article
I don't know about the specific Fertiligreens supplement that's mentioned here but a lot of the stuff in the Fertility smoothie you can get from Holland and Barrett I'm sure.
Hope this helps x

That's brilliant thank you! I knew someone on here would be able to help. Out of interest, did you find anything else on this website useful? Xx

I definitely thought that the bit on diet was really interesting and relevant but I didn't really look at the rest of it. I am really in to my healthy foods so I found it interesting to get some tips about the kind of foods that you can eat to improve fertility. There's a lot of advice out there about fertility foods but this seemed to be the best for having everything in one place and showing how often you need to eat certain foods etc.
