    sickness start?
I am 4weeks +2 and am so scared as my last pregnancy ended in a mmc.
I didnt have any symptoms as i lost the baby at only 3 weeks.
So now i am worried that morning sickness should be here already.
I have been feeling quite sick and heaving almost every morning, especially at certain smells.
Im guessing that is due to hightened sense of smell??
I have been bloated, missed my period, had a positive hpt, very tired and getting worn out easily and also hot alot of the time and my boobs are defo getting more sore by the day.

When did everyone else have their symptoms start?
    Im so scared :\(

    thank you xx

    Hi Emma,
I am on my 3rd pregnancy (first 2 went wrong later in first trimester.) and my MS kicked in at different stages. First was about 5 weeks, but was heaving rather than being sick. Second was about 6 weeks. Then this one was just over 5weeks. Wasn't being regualry sick until 10 weeks +, but still felt awfull and as if I had a permanant hang over from hell! Heaving at smells is part of it. Brushing my teeth made me heave and be sick too!
So all sounds normal in my experience. The anxiety is something I think every lady in this forum feels. Do come and talk about it with us it does help and people can help you through the bad days. I would ask for a scan for reassurance but it seems to be hit and miss as to whether you get one! We went for a private scan around the time we lost our second little girl in Feb as I was going crazy. But I wouldn't have a scan until after 6 weeks as they most probably won't see anything but a yolk sac before 6 wks and that might worry you. If you could wait until 7 weeks that would be better. I know it is easily said but very hard when you are counting the days and hours!
All the best hun, hope the MW can give you some reassurance too.

    Hi Emma

I would def ask for an early scan. As you will know after mmc scans do reassure you but only for a short time. Ive had 2 mmc, both discovered at 12 weeks so this time i had a scan at 6 and 9 weeks, which was great as i didnt have to wait weeks to discover things had gone wrong.

You are feeling all the right symptoms. You shouldnt have too major symptoms yet, just l,ike you said a bit tired and a bit queazy and slight sore boobs. Its usually 6-7 weeks you notice things more.

Give the midwife a shout and if you need someone to talk to there are always lots of us here who have been through this too

Hi there, sorry to gate-crash your thread Emma - I am about 4+6 after a mmc at 7+4 in April, and I just wondered - does everyone get morning sickness/nausea? Has anyone not? Does it mean anything if you don't?xxxx

Pretty much everyone I know has not had it! So it's not an essential factor for a healthy pregnancy!
