Sorry, that sounds more sinister than I intended!!
We've done BLW so my daughter has been using a spoon since she was 6 months old. We gave her a fork at a year & she can feed herself most things with either her fork or spoon (only ever give her 1 of these). I was just wondering when anyone introduced a knife to go with the fork. Was thinking about giving it to her at 18 months (just over a month away), just wondered if this was similar to what anyone else has done.

At around 10 months.
He always held a fork and spoon when eating, so we introduced his knife, in place of his spoon. He could use it properly by 12 months.

My 4 year old still doesn't have a knife, never been any need for one as I'd cut up anything that needs to be. She can make herself a sandwich or cut cucumber if she wants a snack so she can use one but doesn't get one at dinner time

I'm rubbish, I kind of forgot about cutlery until Zoe was around 3 yrs old and a friend commented that it was strange she didn't use cutlery yet. Oops. Even at 4.5 yrs she will use her hands mostly and really needs reminding to use cutlery.
So in answer to your question - not a clue but probably before she turns 3

Lots of different answers, I like variety! Might try it soon & see what she does.

L just has a knife now but doesn't use it. He's 4.5.
Isaac has a spoon and fork at 16 months. Mostly used the spoon for spoon able things but uses fingers for chips/strips of things but peas/beans/egg/bolognese/curry/cous cous go on a spoon

Just thinking my niece is 8 and only in the past year uses a knife sometimes x

I only give her a spoon or a fork. She only uses spoon for soup or yoghurt really. She uses her fork for couscous (did tonight) & veg & everything else. I personally don't get using a spoon & fork together which is why I've only given her 1 at a time so far. Think I'll give her a knife, along with her fork, over the weekend & see what she does with it.

I've never really thought to give a knife.
A is nearly 5 and L just over 3.
I cut most things up before I serve and anything g else they cut with their fork.
Like Ally said, mine can both make a sandwich and will chop veg etc when helping me made things so they can use them, I've just never seen reason to put them on the table x
