So E hen been in her own room and big bed since about 14 months And basically self potty trained from about 22months. Barely any accidents, good as gold.
No she is 27 months nearly and she has started having accidents (wee and poo) and I goes to bed crying for a good 5-10 minutes before going to sleep. she's always loved her bed and bot bot but now she seems terrified and unsettled.
Nothing majors changed. No routine changes. The only thing I can think of is the other ones in her nursery group have just started potty training?
how do you cope with regression? I can't help but feel angry when she poos herself because I know she knows not to!

No idea about the potty training regression, but Zoe's sleep broke at 2yrs 8 mths and I have heard a lot of others say similar around that age. With Zoe it was that she suddenly didn't want to sleep on her own. I sat in the room with her while she went to sleep and then if she woke in the night she came and slept with me. I didn't have the will power to keep returning her and I was on my own as H had started working away during the week. She is now 4.5 yrs and I still have to stay upstairs with her while she goes to sleep but don't have to be in the room any more (gradually moved from next to bed, on chair in her room, in doorway, on landing over a period of about a year). She will occasionally wake once in the night and although she wants to sleep with me I can generally get her back to sleep just by sitting next to her.
