What did you bring them home from the hospital wearing?
I have a fleecy type pram suit that isn't puffy so wondering if that with a blanket will be warm enough with regular clothes underneath.

Thanks AR. We have a morrck but may be a bit big for a teeny. Getting similar made, forgot all about that! X

It was cold wet and windy when we brought O home. I had a non padded fleecy suit for him but he was about 5lb too small for it!! We brought him home in a vest, babygrow and hat with a tiny baby car seat/head hugger insert then we had two blankets over him and tucked right in the sides and then the cover that we got with the car seat (it lies flat as the pram carrycot too).

It was freezing & windy when we came home. R had a pramsuit that was non padded, vest, babygrow & hat. We put a blanket on R in the carseat. The parking space wasn't far from the hospital & DH had warmed the car up.

it was snowing when A came home (January) and freezing when R did (December) - both wore vest and babygrow and were wrapped in the morrck in the car seat plus hat - we only walked from hospital to car and car to house anyway.

We had a morrck for the car seat so F was just in vest, sleepsuit, socks, hat and scratch mitts then wrapped in the Morrck x

God I don't even remember. Think vest, sleepsuit and cardigan plus thick blanket. My dad picked us up and he'd sat warming the car up for ages (it took me longer than I thought to get down there) so the car was toasty, but we did have a blanket to put over the baby.
I remember it was snowing, we parked outside the flat and my dad got a ticket for crossing over into the bus stop.

A vest, sleepsuit & a starsuit that was far too big for her!! That & wrapped in a thick blanket. We'd arrived (for the 2nd time) at around 11.30pm so managed to park as close to hospital doors as possible then get through the snow!

Vest, sleepsuit, Morrck and a hat as we were only going from the hospital to the car.

A was February this year, and he wore a vest, sleepsuit, cardigan and hat, then we had a blanket over him. We walked about 5 minutes from the hospital to the car, then the car to the house, so not outside for long although it was freezing.

It was snowing when we brought Zoe home. I had bought a lovely little coat for her but turns out it was huge, think it was partly the style as it never fitted either girls, so she came home in a vest, babygrow, cardigan and hat with a blanket tucked around her. Tbh she never really had much more on than that. Might explain why she won't wear a coat now.

L was March but it was still snowing. He had vest, babygrow, had a thin fleece suit and a blanket.
This one I'm planning the same xx
