Today Yvette shares her journey to parenthood. After trying to conceive naturally for a year and a half Yvette and her husband discovered that they were unlikely to conceive naturally and were referred for IVF treatment. The next few months were to be a roller coaster of tests, procedures and emotions.
Thank you for sharing your story Yvette.

Fab story lovely.. .you know I always followed your story and am so so thrilled you got your gorgeous little man :-)
CC - makes sense to me. Basically they didn't have to wait, and they also didn't have to go through treatments that would not have worked for them anyway x

Lovely story! So pleased your little embryo made it. We only had two left, and both were distinctly average. Clearly average embryos rule!

Awe thank you for the lovely comments everyone, it felt a bit emotional reliving it, but in a good way - I know we are really lucky to have our happy ending with our now big, bouncing emby S! :)
Coco - Thank you, it's been a long time since the MTTC days hey! I can't believe you are due in August!!
Ducky - Haha, yes, grade 1s are soo last year! It's lovely that your only two embies made you twins! :)
WT - Thank you, that's really nice of you to say. It was nearly two years ago now so I was a bit worried about forgetting it, despite being totally consumed by all things IVF at the time!
