My baby is 13 weeks old and for at least a month has been sleeping very happily from 6pm until 3am(ish). He is EBF apart from one formula bottle at about 5pm. He also has a good napping routine during the day. Now that I know he can sleep 9 hours without food do I introduce a dreamfeed?
I'm reluctant to in case it doesn't work and he wakes more frequently. I like the freedom his sleeping gives me in the evening and not sure I want to be tied to having to feed at 10pm (babysitting etc becomes more difficult). But equally I want to encourage him to sleep through the night and don't know if this is the next step....
