My 3yrs old has always woken up early, usually about 5.00am and I wondered if anyone advice about how I can get her to stay asleep longer.
Unfortunately because she wakes up so early by 7.00pm she is exhausted and ready to go to bed. She refuses afternoon sleeps.
I think she could be a morning person!

Hello again! (just replied to your other post) What worked for us was a Go Gro clock, it comes with a story book we read every night for weeks to drum into our daughter that she's not allowed out of bed before the sun pops up on the clock. Took a while but we got there - we have mostly 6.30am starts.... Defo worth a look though.

Thank you, that sounds V.helpful; she is starting to look at the clock and numbers and I've tried to say she has to stay in bed until 7.00 (always hopeful!) but of course this means very little to her...
