Hello, that is a good age to be potty trained from around 1.5 I am afraid I dont know as only just done the training with my Harry but he seems to be more accident prone when tired or in a strange place has something changed in her life recently.. . that may have unsettled her maybe?
Hope you get ot the bottom of it.

My eldest is 4 in June, she too potty trained very young at 19mths and keeps having accidents since her younger sister potty trained last summer just before my youngest was born. Both have accidents most days and it seems to be because they get the attention from their daddy or grandparents if they do it. My 2 1/2 yr old does it mainly if she is tired or coming down with an illness, the eldest is definately for the attention or because she is engrossed in her game and forgets, shes terrified of missing something.
My niece had accidents when she was busy playing until she started school and seemed to do it more in the holidays until she was 7.
The playschool staff have all said, neither of my girls have many accidents at preschool and are less accident prone than most of the other children but apparently it can be a common phase to see how much they can get away with between 2 and 4 yrs, especially if they potty train under 2.
I'm currently trying to make them go to the toilet if they have an accident and change their own wet knickers and help clear up any mess they make (after I've cleaned it first). They also get lots more praise for going to the toilet if not reminded.
Hope it all works out for you
