Happy Friday all! Whose got exciting plans for the weekend? My H was planing on going diving in Weymouth but that has been cancelled now so I'm a little disappointed at not having the entire house to myself to the weekend! He is off to Bristol for suit fitting - he's best man to one of his buddies in December. The show last night was amazing! I'm really getting the bug now for the theatre!
How is everyone this fab Friday?! :-)

Day one of holiday is a disaster, DD has vomiting bug, DH has a horrible cold and my cough is still not great so day 1 is cancelled and just to bang another nail in the coffin AF reared her ugly head. So day 1
Keeping everything crossed for you claire

Hey girls I'm posting from my phone, caught a stinker of a cold and gave not gone into work. Tayto have a lovely weekend, really glad you enjoyed the show. LG so sorry on all 3 accounts, hope your DD feels better soon. So sorry AF showed up :(
Did another test this morning and got a very strong line straight away. It's starting to sink in a little bit now. Still feeling rubbish but it's a common symptom in the 2ww so I'll take that and anything else gets thrown at me.
Hi to all who follow x

Eekkk, Claire - I have a huge grin on my face reading about that strong line! Sorry about the cold though; mine cleared up a bit yesterday. Hope you feel better soon x

Sorry I've not been around all week work has been ridiculously manic and I've not spent much time online.
Tayto - Sorry your weekend plans have been changed,
Lovelygirl - I hope everyone in your house starts to feel better soon and sorry its CD1
Claire - I'm so pleased and excited for you, this is your time!! It's happening for you! xxx
Sallylou - Happy Friday to you too.
AFM, I'm happy today my H has been away all week and just came home, he's knackered with jet lag though. My parents and sister are coming up tomorrow to stay for the weekend. TTC wise I had the HSG on Wednesday and it really wasn't that bad at all, over in minutes and the discomfort wasn't unbearable. I was a bit worried as I forgot to take painkillers before hand as everyone advises. The results were my tubes look all clear and she couldn't see any problems.
I hope you all have lovely weekends x

Tayto - glad you enjoyed the show! Still feeling v jealous. What will you do with your weekend now that you're not home alone?
LG - So sorry your holiday isn't off to a good start, and how typical for AF to appear too. My AF has been very well travelled, she always comes on holiday with us!
CL - Great news on the test, yay! Hope your cold eases off soon and doesn't spoil your weekend.
SallyLou - I echo your sentiments exactly, except that I'm outta here an hour before you :)
Dolly - Glad your HSG was OK, I had a similar experience in that it was much less unpleasant than I had expected and I had very little discomfort. Sounds like you have a busy weekend ahead!
AFM only 3 more injections left, and a week from now I'll either be on my way or in the clinic for ET hopefully - eek! No plans for this weekend really, I'm half tempted to see if I can persuade H to go to the cinema... and half tempted to spend the weekend on the sofa wrapped in a blanket and just chill out! At this point I'm not sure which of those will win out.
Have a great weekend all x

Hi Sparkly Tyke, it's good to see you over hear on the daily thread. You could do a combination of cinema one night and wrapped in the sofa the rest of the time! I'm looking forward to judges houses weekend on the x factor, I'm an x factor fan though!
I really wanted to let everyone know the HSG wasn't that bad as mainly on line you hear of bad experiences, but mine was fine and I was wandering around Tesco ten minutes later!

Thanks Dolly, I decided yesterday it was time to take my head out of the sand! I'm not an X Factor fan I'm sorry to say, I'll be firmly watching the other side - I am properly in teh Strictly camp! There does seem to be more bad experiences with HSG online, but I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'd rather have another one of those than a smear!
I've been busy telling everyone at work that 12 weeks today I finish work for the year, not that I'm counting... I just want it to hurry up!

ST - not long to go for you now! what do you fancy watching at the cinema? Not sure I even know what's out!
Dolly - glad the hsg was ok, here's hoping it brings a bfp for you
Claire - all sounds very promising
LG - hope you are all feeling better soon and can get on with your holiday
Sally - I know that feeling! I finish at 4.30 too.
Tayto - glad you enjoyed the show. How amazing is the bit with the glass elevator?! I thought for the theatre it was brilliant effects!
Afm - well my ears are less swollen - bonus! off to see a band in London tomorrow night. Got a fab 50s style dress to wear too. Bad news is that my friend has just had a miscarriage. I feel so desperately sad for her. She gets married a week today as well :-(

Nice to see you Dolly - glad your HSG went well. Do you know what happens now (if you don't mind me asking - please don't worry if you don't want to answer :-) )
Almost your hometime ST - both weekend plans sound equally lovely!
Holey - glad your ears are on the mend! That's so sad about your friend though, how awful. x
