Morning all, how're we doing? How was everyone's weekends?
We had a good one, did lots of work on the house on Saturday and then met H's cousin & her family at Bicester village on Sunday. We minded their little guy whilst they went off shopping and he was as good as gold! TTC wise, heading into the fertile window in the next few days so getting ready to throw all our energies at this cycle
Hope Claire & ST are doing ok x
Hello to all who follow & lots of vibes for those who need them xx

Tayto - Sounds like a very productive and enjoyable weekend! Did you get anything nice? Hope this is the month for you lovely.
I'm fine, well I didn't do anything at the weekend, spent pretty much the majority of my time in bed, trying to recover from this rotten cold! Had my first real wave of nausea this morning, it just came on so suddenly, had about 3 dry crackers which helped settle my stomach a little. This week I can say that my scan is next week! It still feels like an age but hopefully it'll come round quickly.
ST - Hope you've been relaxing lots. You feeling ok?

Tayto - Sounds like a lovely weekend you had. Hope you're keeping your energy levels up this week!
Claire - Sorry about the nausea, hope you manage to keep it at bay. Yay for next week!!
My weekend was very relaxing and quiet - I watched quite a few episodes of CSI, the Superleague Grand Final, Strictly... I've basically spent the entire weekend cabbaging on the sofa in front of the TV so I hope that our little fellas have decided to make a snuggly little home in there. This is going to be the longest week ever isn't it?!

Claire - I just got some work shoes - had been wearing flats since the knee op so I feel about 6 feet tall today! Sorry about the nausea; I've heard eating little and often should help so fingers crossed for you!
ST - sounds like a lovely relaxing weekend & yes, I'd imagine this will be a very long week for you. Have you anything planned to keep your mind from wandering? Any more organising needed for your epic holiday?

Tayto - Your weekend sounds nice! Good bit coming up for you lol!
Claire - Sorry but glad you have some nausea as that is meant to be a good sign lol! Roll on next week for your scan x
ST - Love the sound of your weekend, hope your beans are getting cosy and ready for a long stay in there lol! Yes I can imagine this week is going to be long for you.
AFM - Had a lovely weekend, really enjoyed meeting up with friends and meeting the baby! Had lots of cuddles :-) Can't believe it's Monday already and a very wet one, I got drenched this morning even with a brolly!
Hi to all who follow x

tayto - sounds a lovely weekend - enjoy your fertile window
Claire - glad you're having symptoms (though not about the nausea - pleased the crackers helped). Hope you are nearly over your cold.
ST - we'll try and distract you as much as possible this week!
Hi lulu - glad you enjoyed the baby cuddles - Monday rolls round so quickly doesn't it?
AFM - lovely weekend, my niece was a little doll on Saturday night, and then the meal out yesterday was delicious. It's CD3 - AF arrived early Saturday morning, not sure what the spotting was about, hopefully a one off.
Hi to all who follow xx

Lulu - Delighted to hear you had a lovely weekend :-)
Sally - Great that your niece was well behaved! Sorry it's CD3 - think we're in a similar boat this cycle!

We seem to be tayto! We can bemoan the 2WW together at least!
Any Walking Dead fans here? New series starts up again tonight which I'm looking forward too, TV has been a bit rubbish lately! (Apart from GBBO!)
13/10/2014 at 11:24
Tayto - there's always room for more organising! Yesterday I spent ages scrolling around on Google maps, looking for places we could eat. I'm getting quite a list now!
Lulu - Hope you're drying off now! It hasn't been that wet up here this morning, we had a sudden shower while driving to the station that stopped as quickly as it started but that's all. Glad you enjoyed baby cuddles!
Sally - You seem to have forgotten to mention the finer details of your meal, what did you have? My H is a Walking Dead fan but I just can't find any interest in it. I'm way more excited about the comic-related TV shows that are all starting in the next couple of weeks, starting with Gotham tonight.
13/10/2014 at 11:27
Sally - sorry af arrived but glad you're ok and had a good weekend. Not watched walking dead, we watched the new homeland last night although I'm not that fussed about it after the last series. We're also into house of cards. Do you watch the apprentice or masterchef? they are both about to start again.
ST - Ha ha I love looking on google maps when I'm going somewhere :-)
13/10/2014 at 12:02
ST - I've got Gotham on to record so will give it a go, I'm hoping it will be good!
We Michelin starred it up for lunch yesterday as a bit of a treat, courses below, they were seriously delicious!
Amuse-bouche: Truffle & Sweetcorn Soup
Starter: Smoked Cumbrian Lamb Shoulder with Cumberland sauce & goats curd
Main: Rib Eye of Dry Aged Roast Beef with fondant potato, béarnaise & red wine sauce
Dessert: Coconut Panna Cotta with passion fruit curd and mango
I love picking out places to eat on holiday - it's one of my favourite things to prep!
Lulu - I watch Masterchef, didn't have a clue it was starting again though - which one is it?
13/10/2014 at 13:23
Lulu - Google maps is great isn't it? I discovered a garden thingy in New York yesterday that's hidden away on top of a building that overlooks the river - I would never have found that had I not been perusing the satellite view!
Sally - Wow, that is a rather impressive sounding menu! I think Gotham is going to be really good, but I've got even higher hopes for The Flash!
13/10/2014 at 14:02
Sally that sounds amazing! What restaurant was that? It is masterchef the professionals I love it when they go to top restaurants although it always makes me want to go lol!
ST - I've never used the satellite view what a great idea! That place sounds amazing you are going to have such a great time!
13/10/2014 at 16:32
Tatyo - enjoy this week! I only went to bicester village for the first time this year, scared to go back though cos last time I bought a marc Jacobs handbag!
Claire - eek! Next week! Hope the nausea was a one off and your cold buffers off soon
ST - keeping everything crossed that they are making themselves snug in there.
Lulu - how old is your friend's baby? Sorry you got soaked this morning, same happened to me at lunchtime.
Sally - which restaurant did you go to? Love the sound of that menu!
Afm - my best friend got married on Friday and I was a bridesmaid. It was a lovely day.
TTC wise I'm cd43 I think af will arrive any day. Did a cb on Friday and got a bfn so my fr must.have just been an evap line.
13/10/2014 at 16:46
I've not seen about The Flash ST - I'll have to have a nosey!
I love Professionals Lulu - its my fave out of all the Masterchefs - gutted about Michel Roux Jnr not hosting though.
I went to Fischer's at Baslow Hall - it's actually where I got married which is handy for anniversaries etc!
Hi holey - sorry it was a bfn - do you often have longer cycles? (Sorry if I've missed that bit before)
13/10/2014 at 21:49
Hello Ladies, sorry that I am late on here as usual! I don't get any phone reception at work and I daren't look at this site at lunchtime in case my internet usage is monitored!
Tayto - your weekend sounds lovely. I haven't been to Bicester since last year and annoyingly I drive past it quite often as I work in Oxford a couple of times a month! How is your knee nowadays? I also hope that this is your month!
Claire_Lou - good news on the nausea IYKWIM! I hope that you can keep your mind occupied as much as possible this week and that your cold is on its way out!
ST - your weekend sounds lovely too. I love weekends when I don't leave the sofa! I am keeping everything crossed for you X Where are you going on holiday btw?
Lulu - I feel your pain with getting wet today. I got wet between home and my car this morning, I had to go into town at lunchtime so I got wet again and then tonight I went to a running class for an hour and got absolutely soaked! I am looking forward to this heatwave that we are supposed to get this weekend!
SallyLou - Sorry to hear that it is CD3. I agree that the telly has been rubbish recently apart from GBBO but MiC has started again tonight so I am a happy bunny! I also love a bit of Michel Roux Jnr Your meal sounds fantastic!
Holey - Glad that you had a good day at your friend's wedding! Was it somewhere local? Sorry that you got a BFN.
AFM - I am CD32. I had some cramps last week and I was convinced that AF was on her way but they've disappeared. I will test again tomorrow as I think that I would rather have a BFN than live in hope for a few more days...
