We were away this weekend in hasting to celebrate my parents 60ths. Had a nice meal out, DD loved playing with her granny and pops. I have had period pain since Friday, that can only be described as hideous now. AF not turned up but fully expecting her to.
Hello to everyone who follows.

LG - Sounds like a lovely weekend. When is af due? Hopefully your pain isn't af!
AFM - AF due the weekend and I need to be on time for my HyCoSy so fingers crossed although I would by lying if I didn't admit I really hope she doesn't show at all but I need to be realistic, it would be too amazing to get a bfp the cycle we start tests.
Hi to all who follow x

I've been away in Spain so sorry I've not posted in ages.
Lovelygirl - Sounds like you've had a lovely weekend, sorry AF is being a pain, hopefully it'll get out of the way soon.
Lulu - I hope that AF doesn't show for you either, I was the same and have really hoped for a bfp each time a test comes round.
AFM - Its CD 33, but I'm not 100% sure when I ovulated so I'm not sure if AF is late. I had EWCM days 14 to 16 so assumed ov was day 16 which meant AF was due on Thursday as I have a 12 day LP, however I'm still waiting. I had all the signs in the week before that she was coming. My cycles are normally 28 days but I have in the past had longer cycles, May was 32 days and last Dec was 33, and a random 52 day one November last year. Normally I'd have no hope at all but because I had the HSG this month a little part of me thinks maybe it worked, and my boobs still hurt, they always hurt before AF but it normally goes. Anyway I'm going on and on and I'm going to feel like a right d!ck for getting hopefully when AF shows up! So I'm not testing even though I have a load of IEs because getting BFNs is horrible, I think if I get to Thursday I might POAS.
Hi to everyone that follows xx

Apols for the short message. I'm on my phone.
LG- Glad you had a good weekend. When is Af due?
Lulu- I hope either Af doesn't show and you get your BFP or she does show & on time so you don't have to rebook.
AFM- we brought a new car at the weekend. Decided it was time to trade in the smart car for something a bit more practical. In TTC news AF has just finished so will be starting on the opks in a couple of days

Sorry X posted with you. You have a lot more will power than me holding on until Thursday but I agree about getting BFNs. They are worse than AF coming. I really hope that you get your BFP.

Thanks Peggs, I've been here a few times before, AF being late just fills me with dread now at times I think I'm just not going to bother testing at all!
Also sounds like you had a fun weekend choosing a new car!

Our bodies can be very cruel sometimes. Car shopping was fun thanks & I feel like a proper grown up now

Morning all! Sorry I'm a bit late posting - had a bit of drama getting my mum back to the airport but all sorted now!
lovelygirl - Sounds like a lovely weekend was had! Sorry AF sounds like she's on her way, I think I'm in the same boat too. It's like insult to injury when the cramps are so bad!
lulu - I really wish she doesn't show up but, if she does, she better be on time so you can get your tests underway; everything crossed for you lovely lady xx
Dolly - ooohhh, didn't realise you were in Spain - had you a nice time or was it all work? I do hope this is a good sign re your cycle length this time. Well done for holding out testing - it's not easy x
Peggs - What kind of car did you get? Best of luck with the opks x
AFM - AF due Friday and the cramps have started in earnest. 'Nuff said.
27/10/2014 at 11:12
DollyP - I so hope this is it for you, everything crossed!
Peggs - New car sounds exciting!
Tayto - I'm still keeping everything crossed for you as well. How was your weekend with your Mum? Did you buy much?!
27/10/2014 at 11:18
Tayto - sorry AF is on her way. I read through last week's thread, I'm glad you got things off your chest to your Mum. Talking to someone else often helps. I was in Spain for my Mum's 60th birthday, before that I'd been up and down the country for work, Scotland, Leeds, London.
Lulu - Thanks, I'm not getting my hopes up though, I've been in this exact situation so many times before now. It doesn't stop me googling symptoms though!
27/10/2014 at 12:00
Lulu - no coat :-( Had a lovely time though - I miss her already! Will be on my own this weekend though so really gonna make an effort to find one! Gotta get a party dress for a Diwali celebration I'm going to - won't be a sari though!
Dolly - wow, that was lots of travelling! H's dad is having his 60th in Spain (at their villa) on the 1st Dec - must be 'the' place to go these days!
27/10/2014 at 12:53
It's fairly quiet on here today, and over on BT.
Will you be joining your inlaws in Spain Tayto?
27/10/2014 at 13:13
Must be the midterm break Dolly! And no, I won't be joining them - we don't get on so it's too much of an enclosed space for 4 days with them. Obviously, the official story is that I have no holidays left so cannot make it.....!
27/10/2014 at 13:38
Of course it's half term I forgot about that! I remember you saying you weren't their biggest fans! x
27/10/2014 at 14:22
Tayto-We got a seat Ibiza. Not exactly a family car but more practical than the Smart. Good luck with the coat shopping. I've been looking too so let me know how you get on. If I could get out of in law time I would too!
27/10/2014 at 14:25
Oooh tayto what sort of dress are you going to get?
Peggs - I like Seat Ibiza's we had one as a rental once and loved it.
It is really quiet on here today. I hope ST and Claire are doing ok x
27/10/2014 at 14:39
Yes I hope they are both doing well, I went over to BT to see if I could stalk them on the 1st tri thread as they aren't here, but that thread is very very quiet.
27/10/2014 at 14:46
I'm going crazy today every so often I keep thinking I'll just test, get it out of my system, then decide no I'm not doing it! Working from home is the worst in this situation, I'll be glad to be on customer site tomorrow and Weds where testing isn't an option!!
