I'm not sure how to 'pin' this thread so it stays at the top?
So here goes!
I need to loose a few stone, i have made a good start by loosing 2 stone to date since January and until i get my BFP i am planning to continue to loose it.
I'm not sure what people want to post in here - healthy recipes, meal plans or just to say how they are getting on on a weekly basis, but im happy to go with the flow

How about a nice table in your OP with our names and goals (and starting weights if people want to say), then update it with weekly and total losses?

I think meal ideas / plans, exercises etc would all be helpful?
morning: fruit & protein powder smoothie
mid morning: homemade granola & greek yogurt (Im up at 6am so come 10am Im starving!)
lunch: prawn & mango salad with lemon juice dressing
dinner: beef stirfy with egg fried brown rice
Exercise wise either 4 mile walk or Jillian Micheals boost metabolism DVD

I'm not going to reveal my weight either but my goal is 1.5 stone by my bday which is in 10 weeks. Might be a bit optimistic but I think I need the challenge.
Not off to a great start though, I've just worked out the ww points of tonight's dinner and it's 13 points. Might not sound bad but I'm only having soup, it doesn't even include a slice of bread!
Edit: sorry for those not familiar with ww pro points, that's nearly half my daily allowance

I actually hit my target weight a month ago but I've gained 3lb since that as I've stopped documenting all my food in the myfitnesspal app. I'm definately choosing my food more carefully and my portion sizes are better now after 4.5 months of documenting everything! I think really I need to set myself a new lower target and get myself back on track in the next month or so or else I'll be ending the year as big as I started it.

I don't want to put my weight on but I want to lose 1.5 stone. Already lost 9lbs since starting my fitness pal! But I have to say I concentrate on low calorie meals not eating healthy. Once I get to my goal I'll try and be healthier!
I'm doing the c25k app and will progress to the 10k one after this weekend as I do my 5k race for life on Sunday!
Also I have an app called mapmyride which uses GPS to track my route/speed and calculates how many calories I have burnt so I can add that to my fitness pal.

Well if everyone is ok with that - can you all let me know your weight if you wish to disclose this and your goal weight.
I realise that everybody will have different 'weigh in days', so i will just keep an eye on the thread and update as you tell me what you have lost etc.
My meals today will consist of
B - 2 X Weetabix
L - Tuna Salad
D - Vegetable Chilli with a small portion of rice
I have no snacks at work with me today so i will have a low calorie bag of crisps at some point.
And i have every intention of doing an exercise DVD when i get home but i do know we have a busy weekend and i have cleaning to do!!

I keep trying to add myself to the off topic weight loss but keep forgetting to go over there! Can I join you here even though we won't be ttc until August (it makes it feel more exciting to be on here!!). I'm not going to post my weight but so far I've lost 10lb & would like to lose 33lb in total (2 stone 5lb), although was setting myself smaller goals initially. Will try to remember to check back over here & post. Good luck with weight loss x

So, started my first day on Slimming World (SW). Food side is ok - who can moan about banana and yoghurt?!?! Feel emotionally fragile about going back on a diet though - like I've failed somehow by not being as thin as I should. I was also aghast at how much I weight - and what that mean for my BMI...
I want to lost 2 stone in 12 weeks (I've bought a 'countdown' pack which takes me to the date we're going to start TTC) but overall, I want to shift 3 1/2 stone...I know there's no better reason for doing it, and Hubby is trying to be supportive (but really has NO idea! Bless him!).
So, here starts the healthy eating plan...Good luck to us all!

I want to lose 47 pounds in total, but my 10 week target is 21 pounds. Put me down for 47 though as that's my long term goal

I lost 14lbs but I've gained 3lbs since... need to lose those again and possibly set myself a new lower target to aim for
