Hi there welcome to this I am 24 and ttc bby1 for quite some while now.. you can try pre conception vitamins that you get in the drugstore such as seven seas pregnacare and so on .. in terms of herbs evening primrose oil capsules can help ..this is not a herb or vitamin but look into opks they are ovulation predictor kits you can get easily on amazon .. they help pinpointing the exact ovulation day .. this was you know when to get busy on the right time to increase your chances .. how long have you been ttc?

download a period tracker, it'll also tell you when you're ovulating if you keep up with it correctly.
that's how I got pregnant. have intercourse the day before it says, that day, & the day after would be my suggestion
I would try fertility pills LAST, my aunt took them and her midwife told her that's the reason she had TRIPLETTS! it was insane

I agree with Ashley the period tracker is solely responsible for my pregnancy without it I would all over the place.
I took folic acid I moved onto pregnacare after only because its so expensive and the chances are that will not be the decision make on you conceiving it will just help prepare your body.
I was 23 when I started trying and because of my age my docter told me that after 6 months although he couldnt do anything until I had been ttc for one year they would perform tests as they would expect to see a pregnancy in that time frame.
As 6 months drew I was going to make that app and then fell pregnant, if you have been on contraceptive for years that can really mess up your body .
Good luck x
