Hiya, we are trying for our 2nd and I am finding it so emotionally draining!! I have really irregular cycles (currently on day 72!!!!) and just am finding it so much harder this time. I made some friends with my first dd on a baby expert due in forum that i still speak to every day so thought i could come on and find the new set of support for this journey Looking forward to chatting to you all x

We are also trying for our second, and I agree, it is so different to last time! I also have irregular periods (nothing like yours though), and so I am struggling to decide when to test. We are in month one of trying, and I did a test yesterday which was a BFN. If AF hasn't arrived by Sunday then I will do another test then
I am also friends with a group of ladies off here from my first dd, but like you wanted to meet some other people
Good luck to you!

How many weeks are you?
I've just read your little note. Your first labour was only 1hr20 mins. That must have been so scary!! I am hoping when the time comes, I'll have a shorter labour, as from beginning to end it lasted 26 hours!!

I'm about 7-8 weeks but am having a little bleed at the mo so just hoping everything is ok. Yes it was very quick. Very easy problem free pregnancy and labour, this time round I just seem to be having problem after problem! X

Fingers crossed everything is ok LH86. I'm sure it's just your body adjusting to being pregnant
Luckily I had a pretty straightforward birth / labour too. I just had awful morning sickness from week 5 to week 18

Hi Ladies, good luck on your journeys.
I conceived both my girls within 3-4mths of TTC but my 2nd pregnancy was certainly a lot rougher. I bled throughout my 1st trimester (which is actually highly common albeit very scary), had nosebleeds, headaches, nausea & dizzy spells throughout pregnancy & labour was a bit of a shock. Most people had told me no.2 would arrive on or before her due date as I'd had a natural delivery with no.1, great I thought when labour started 3days before my EDD, but alas she kept me in early labour until I hit 41wks & it was only when my waters were broken with ARM that things went into high gear & she was out within 29mins of pushing (as opposed to 2hrs pushing my 1st out).
As such, enjoy TTC but be prepared that things may go differently this time around. Your body will remember what it's supposed to do
