Trying to conceive

So I'm new too this but also read alot of posts in the past on bc methods and ttc.
I have been on brith control the past 6 years since I was 18! Ive used different methods such as IUD (3years), 1-2 years of depo and the combined bill in between!
The last shot I had was Feb 2015. I took the pill after (when my depo was due in may) because I decided that I wanted to ttc ready for the new year! I had no problems with the depo until I stopped using it! I hadn't got any bleeding for two month after being on the pill. Since August after stopping everything completely.
Unfortunately I ended up having a chemical pregnancy over this Christmas/new year (I didn't know I was pregnant, although I definatley felt something was wrong, but they said I was about 5weeks) My breasts have enlarged a lot, I went up a cup size, almost two. I'm not sure if it's connected to my chemical pregnancy?
I want to try and get my periods back to normal again because I'm still spotting and bleeding and it's driving me insane :(. should I go on the pill to regulate my periods or just stay off it and wait naturally for my body to get back to normal? I don't want it to end in a mc again I'm scared :'(
I still want to ttc even after my chemical pregnancy!
does anyone have any advice or been through something similar ?
