Hello lovely!
It sounds like you could well be pregnant however I don't want to get your hopes up as PMS symptoms are so similar to pregnancy symptoms that the only true way to find out is a HPT (home pregnancy test)...
I came off of Logynon pill in july, had a withdrawal bleed, no period in august and then 2 normal heavy/sore periods in Sept & October but missed my period completely for Nov. Me & my partner aren't TTC so use condoms but for a week now I have had spotting that is only there when I wipe & is black/brown and dark red... There is a tiny possibility that I have implantation bleeding but I think its more likely that I am having irregular periods since stopping the pill.
I too have had cramps and spotting recently & my bowel movements are very soft too lovely but hormones can affect this whether its pregnancy or PMS related. Also stress can affect your bowels and tummy.
If you don't mind me asking what is your discharge like atm? Is it white and thick or brown?
If you are pregnant its important to know that its very early days & the egg can still be implanting therefore until its fully implanted you wont start to produce HCG or you maybe already are and its just not high enough in your bloods/urine yet... Definitely track all of your symptoms though lovely as if you're getting sicky its more likely that you are pregnant so keep testing every week. HCG doubles in your bloods/urine every 2-3 days.
If your abdominal pains are very sore please get down to your doctor asap as there are dangers in early pregnancies that I don't want to worry you with but either way pop into your doc and voice your concerns xxxx
I hope you get the result your looking for and Im always here if you need to get concerns off your chest :)
Good Luck lovely & I hope this helped or at least comforted you a little bit?
Happy M. xxx
