Trying to conceive

Need your advice. I came off the pill (after being on for nearly 14 years) on the 28th Aug, had usual withdrawal bleed and then didn't get my first proper period until CD60 (so took 2 months). I am now on CD32 of my 2nd cycle off the pill and not ovulated and no AF. Very frustrating as TTC baby #1. I am charting BBT and CM.
I'm thinking of taking Angus Castus, EPO and red raspberry leaf tea to try and kickstart ovulation. Heard mainly good things about Angus Castus but some bad.
Do you think it's a good idea to start taking these? Worked for any of you guys?

Me and my husband just started trying for a baby and ive just come off microgynan and haven't had a cycle at all.
ive read such good things about angus castus just wondering is there are certain brand anyone recommends for getting pregnant and ovulating and can I take it with folic acid and b5.
i read you can only take it up to ovulation it's all very confusing, should i take it till I get a cycle and then stop when ovulating then start again?
Thanks so much 😇

From what I have heard you take it up until ovulation and stop. The instructions say not to use if trying to conceive, so I would be vary wary of these supplements

I was taking Vitex... just got it off amazon. I took it throughout my whole cycle. Got pregnant within a couple of months of taking it. I also took it throughout the first trimester as apparently it keeps ur progesterone up. Then weaned myself off it. You will read conflicting evidence unfortunately 🙄. Good luck Hun xxx

Definitely. All you can do is do your research and make the decision on how you want to take it. It really frustrated me as I'm the kind of person who likes one clear cut answer... but that wasn't really out there. xxx
