    Hi all.
    well i've just come across acouple of sites sayng that antihistimines dry up cm,but i am a tad confused as to how they do that if they are only supposed to be blocking histimine receptors??
    And if this is true think i'd best stop mine,will try it for amonth,lol.

    That's really interesting... I have bad sinuses and take a lot of antihistamines. I took them a lot over the last month and I never really got that much CM at all, so I think there could be something in that. It was quite extreme... made BDing quite difficult and DH often commented that I was very dry, or that if we stopped for any reason and started again I dried up really quickly. Also, I had loads of CM two days ago, then yesterday and today I had antihistamines and its disappeared pretty much althogether now. Sorry for the TMI but I thought that might help - it does sound like you're on to something there!
