Our numbers have dwindled due to some BFPs recently.. any lurkers feeling brave and want to join us?
Come out cone out where ever you are lol!

I'm not sure anyone will remember me, I posted a bit last year but stopped as I wanted to take my mind off ttc. Turns out it didn't work and I've been lurking the last few weeks wondering if I should join in again.
So sorry to see your loss xx
I will post on the ttc thread to update on my situation.
Hi to any other lurkers!
18/02/2014 at 11:32
Welcome back lulu of course we remember you! Nice too see you again.
18/02/2014 at 12:15
Thank you :-) it does seem quiet over here, hopefully some more lurkers will come out now!
18/02/2014 at 12:23
Yeah had quire a few Bfps recently so lost loads of members to 1st tri, would be nice to have some new faces to get to know :)

Hi CC! Me, I'm lurking! Can't TTC yet so just learning what I can to get myself ready. Got my thermometer yesterday and took my temp for the first time this morning - not sure if I should as I'm on CD2 but thought I might as well get into the routine of it anyway! Welcome back Lulu :-)
18/02/2014 at 12:33
Hey t4yt0 cd2 is prob a really good place to start... you can see the pattern of your cycle and ovulation too :) good luck with it... oh and flash your chart aswell we all love a chart flash when youhave some temps
18/02/2014 at 12:44
Ah ok, I'll keep it up then & will flash it in a months time! It's looking more like June/July now before we can start so hopefully that'll give loads of time to understand my cycles.
18/02/2014 at 12:49
Sounds good, you will have a few cycles under your belt by then too see what dates your best chance is :)!
18/02/2014 at 13:46
i've been lurking for a couple of weeks as i'm not really sure if this is the place for me - everyone seems to be charting etc and i really can't be doing with the stress that i think all that would cause me. if it happens, it happens you know? but who knows give it a few months and i could be converted? lol :-)
18/02/2014 at 14:14
Welcome Lady V..
I am sorry too see you feel its maybe not the place for you because of some of us charting, but you can still have the laid back approach and be part of the board :)..
We are a friendy bunch. I hope you decide to stay and pitch in :)
18/02/2014 at 14:25
Hi Lady V, that's a shame but as CC says, you can take the laid back approach and still join us. Just ignore those of us with charts. I wasn't going to chart originally - I figured the same as you - too much hassle and stress however, I've now been told I can't TTC yet as I'm due to have an operation on my knee so I'm charting so I can take my mind off having to wait and be able to see what my cycle is up to before we start. If it starts to get stressful, then I'll stop.

tayto!! are you irish? i am. living in england and miss my tayto's :) Getting a sense of your cycles before you start will be very useful i'm sure
and Lady V I think we would really benefit from more people here who just dtd and get on with it. it's great to have different ways of doing it going on.
18/02/2014 at 20:17
hi veecee, yup - I am indeed! I'm from co. clare - been here two years now. miss my taytos terribly but trying to cut down on junk food so i try and not import them as much as i used to :-)

Hi, I'm a lurker!! I did say a few weeks back I'd make more of an effort but just don't seem to have the time...and I can't get on at work like a lot of you seem to. I will try harder!! Currently on cd21 of what is normally a 26 day cycle. Tempted to test with a first response I have tomorrow, just for the hell of it. Am symptom spotting like mad this month so would rather get the disappointment out of the way earlier!
18/02/2014 at 21:40
Hey Zola :) I dont actually work hence why I am around a lot :) (makes me sound so lame but due to an accident and an ankle injury ) so dont worry if you cant post daily just nice to have sone new faces every now and then :)
Fingers crossee for you if you do test :)
18/02/2014 at 21:41
Not a lurker but I don't post often. Just wanted to say I'm just starting cycle 2 and not intending to temp- I also would rather just see what happens- I think temping every day would drive me a bit mad. We'll see if I change my mind around the 4-6 month mark!
18/02/2014 at 21:47
Hey cc! Just realised how miserable my last post sounded!! :)
Will probably decide against it in morning as it's a waste of a test I guess doing it before actually due on! We'll see!! I am addicted to googling pregnancy symptoms though... Funny how your mind can play tricks on you, imagining symptoms! Mainly bloating, slight cramps and my boobs look massive...but that's probably just a different bra I'm wearing!
I had an itchy eye earlier and honestly for a split second thought "ooh I wonder if that's a symptom",, lol!
Oh dear, ankle injury sounds nasty!
18/02/2014 at 21:51
no plans to disappear just yet ladies :-) i think it's partly because i've never been one to pay much attention even to cycle length let alone anything else that's going on down there so to see everyone being so precise about it is quite strange although obviously quite understandable!
18/02/2014 at 21:56
Haha no worries it didnt sound miserabke at all :)
Was just explaing why I am around a lot lol..
Yes was a very nasty accident had surgery on it in 2012 and still attending out patient appointment s every 6 months now.. I did a cracking job and worried that I would loose my foot but tgey put me back together well but I have developed osteoarthritis in my ankle and its very painful, have to wear an ankle brace :( but I am alive haha!
Oh deff you have every symptom going in the 2ww, and even new pregnancy symptoms that havent even been associated with pregnancy yet haha.
I am a crazy temp lady but actually found its put my mind at rest that I was ovulating because I have a history of PCOS. Its also nice in the 2ww too see if you have a real chance of being pregnant with your temps.
