Is anyone still waiting for AF to arrive after coming off pill? I came off in Sept and still waiting. Have been taking Agnus Cactus tablets for one week now and waiting plus thistle milk to clear system out. Been having af pains today but nothing yet. Getting very frustrated and down heartened.
Anyone in same situaton?

I'm not in the same situation at the moment but know exactly how you feel coz the last time I came off the pill to start ttc my afs were all over the place & it was soo frustrating not knowing where abouts you were in your cycle. I had my 1st af around 40 something days after coming off the pill & then they were all over the place usually lasting 30-38 days. I got really peed off after a few months & went to the GP. I think there is something that they can give you to kick start your periods again though I dont know what it is. In the end I was prescribed clomid to basically give things a bit of a kick in a**e & fell pregnant in the 2nd month.

If youre worried it might be worth speaking to your GP, even if you have to exaggerate the length of time youve been off the pill

Hi, been there done that!!! He said i've gotta wait till May before he does any more. Had blood tests which said i've got low levels of progesterone but it's so frustrating having to wait.
ARGHHHHHHHHHH.
