    Are you going to do anything differently when TTC this time?

    We've always eaten organic and cut out all alcohol and caffine and have taken supplements when TTC so I don't think we have anything to change there, but this time I am trying so hard not to get so stressed and worried about it all.

    I have banned myself from watching baby programmes on TV and am NOT going to test until my period is a few days late. Last time I just knew I was pregnant anyway before I even did a test.

    Physically I think we've had it covered....just need to look after myself emotionally!

    grrr - just posted a reply and it's gone!

    try again.... this time round i'm just going to keep up with the vitamins etc and eat as healthily as i can. need to lose some weight too so will start that on monday and may even do some exercise!

    already started to drink decaf tea and don't smoke or drink alcohol. think we're going to take it as it comes really and try not to think about it too much. like you nn, i'm going to wait until af is late before testing (if af ever shows up soon that is... 8 weeks and counting!).

    gp mentioned taking vitamin e (both of you) today which i hadn't heard before so will make sure i get that somehow. not sure what it's in really. nuts?? will check on google. that's it for me i think!

    I have tried to stay busy and hence off here! Makes the 2ww go quicker, increased exercise, trying to loose weight and definately will not test early, although I didn't last time xx

    Well, I packed up smoking in March and OH packed up smoking in July.
    I stopped drinking alcohol altogether (now they are saying drink!!!!!!! For gods sake) OH has the odd can of lager now and then.
    I drink de-caf tea and OH drinks de-caf coffee.
    We both take vitamins. I take Sanatogen pro natal and Omega 3 and OH takes Wellman which includes all the vitamins for conception.
    We both eat a good diet with plenty of veg althhough OH doesnt like fruit.
    We both get daily exercise such as walking for miles over the fields with the dogs (and the cat comes too!)

    I dont think there is much more we can do physically except stuff myself with yams, ice cream, cheese, yogurt and sweet potatoes lol!

    I think we need to relax more though, put everything on the back burner, so to speak, and not get as stressed about anything. NOTHING is ever that important!
