Trying to conceive

Hi all! I'm a total novice at all things conception - this is our first week of TTC!
I've been reading a few posts on the site and I know that temperature tracking seems to be a great method of determining when it's time to BD but I was wondering if there was a particular make of thermometer you need of if any thermometer will do?
I was also interested to know if any of you have used Conceive Plus before and if it's any good? I know everyone will have different results but has anyone struggled to conceive then got pregnant using that? We're supposed to be just "letting nature take its course" but if I can help nature along in any way then I'm going to, haha!

you should use a digital thermometer and it should give a sensitive reading, I think 4 digits is best.
I use conceieve Plus, previous to this I used fertility check gel I bought from boots. I suffer with dryness so it's great stuff for me to use. The fertility check gel came in little measure single application tubes where as you can buy the conceive plus also in that format but I prefer to buy the big tube then use a syringe to measure out the amount I want to use, I find less wastage and more conveinient.
