Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for a year now, I have a 4 year old but my partner doesn't have any kids. I am 22 and my partner is 24. I don't have regular periods and didn't before fell pregnant with my daughter and only took me a month to fall pregnant with her. Any advice???

Hi mammytoelliemay, im sorry to hear you have been trying for so long, i totally know how you feel. I am ttc since early last year and fell preg first month - but sadly had a mc. Now im back trying for the past 6months and nothing. Its so frustrating.
Are you using ovulation kits or anything? If you periods are irregular it would be handy to know when you are ovulating so maybe pick up some cheap ov strips online and test from day 10 all the way through til positive opk. Make sure to dtd on the day of positive and for the next 3 or 4 days after wards - while also having sex every 2nd day or so up until then so its all fresh spermies going on the journey.
I would also recommend that you try agnus castus, it is a herb that is known for helping to regulate your af and hormones. It has a very high success rate and i myself am on my 2nd month of it now and feel a lot better than i did before i took it - less mood swings and nice regular healthy af.
Hth. Best of luck.
