Possible stupid question alert. Can you? my cycles can be from 22 days to 36ish. been ttc no 2 since 2008 with an ectopic/ tube removal in between. on the day I found out I was pregnant with my son 8 years ago now, I had blood taken to test for pcos because I wasnt having any periods at all. I never picked up the results because I thought it had been because I was pregnant but it turned out that I was only a few weeks pregnant so it couldn't be that. I don't know alot of the signs of pcos but I know a couple are weight gain and hairiness. It just occurred to me as I was shaving all the random hair lol. Think I ought to do some research maybe.

Hi Hun. My doctor was querying pcos with me and I have completely regular 28 day cycles so I'd imagine it's possible. Have you been back to your doctor at all since the blood test? X

I have pcos and historically my periods were between 31 and 36 days. Within a week is classed as regular so perfectly possible. I have the weight issues associated with it but am blessedly pretty hair free

I genuinely thought you couldn't - I thought a sure symptom of PCOS was irregular periods so, as mine are very regular I always figured I couldn't have it even though I have weight gain and a little hairy in places I shouldn't be! Are you planning to go see your doc any time soon?
