Trying to conceive

Hi, guys! I am in my first cycle ttc baby#2. I am 11dpo and just got a BFN today with First Response early detection test and Clearblue, which makes me believe that my hopes are probably gone for this month.
I am almost 35 yo, my cycles last around 25 days and I have a few small fibroids. I am in good shape, eat healthy, run, don't smoke or drink. I take prenatal vitamins and I'm in excelent health for my age. My cycles are regular with no spotting and every month about the same time I have slight ovulation cramping and eggwhite sticky mucus for a few days. My husband is 4 years younger than me and healthy, we had no problems conceiving our son. I am so anxious and wondering if I am actually ovulating.
I appreciate any input and experiences!

hi! Im the same as you, every month feel cramping in my left and get the mucous, 14 days later to the letter is when i come on. this is called the luteal phase and is always the same for one person. so if yours is 12, 13 or 14 days it will always stay the same length of time. makes it easy knowing when to have sex and when to test!
you might be out this month as FR is very sensitive, especially id done on first morning urine. its not over until its over then! maybe do one on the day after your period is due if it still hasnt come?
we had lots of sex over ovulation 3 times (and i mean lots, lo), didnt happen till the 3rd time. made me wonder what id been worrying about all those years trying to prevent it! lol.
good luck im sure you'll have BFP soon x

Hi, guys! I have another question about ewcm. Looking at my temp chart, you can see I got a positive opk 12cd, exactly when I had ovulation pain and temp started to come up yesterday. Today it is 15cd and I still see some ewcm when I wipe once a day, in the middle of creamy mucus. I am confused. Did anybody notice the same?

Hi Priscila, I have a uterine forbroid, I was supposed to have it removed tomorrow but I cancelled only as it coincides with my AF unfortunately, I have been TTC for ages and am thinking the fibroid is preventing it, have you been advised to have any treatment for yours? Do they cause you to have heavy periods at all?
sorry for all the questioned, I did post w question on here but didn't get any reply.

Hi, Caroline! I found out I had 4 fibroids during my pregnancy with DD And the Dr. said they were probably very small before pregnancy and grew up during that time due to the hormones, and were likely to shrink after birth. The largest one was 4 cm, and until my ultrasound at 17 weeks I had no idea they existed. My periods last 4 days, with only 2 heavier days. The only actual heavy period I noticed was last month when I ttc for the first time. I sometimes think I had a chemical pregnancy or something. Otherwise, AF is very regular and I do have symptoms of ovulation. My DD was conceived on accident, just one day I had sex without a condom. After my baby was born, I was supposed to get another US, but I was irresponsible and never did it. Until now I believe they have not grown. I got back to my normal weight, have a fairly flat stomach and no symptoms at all. Anyways, I am scheduled for an ultrasound soon, but I will reschedule my appt for next month when this cycle finishes.
I heard that many women have fibroids and in general they do not make it significantly more difficult for a woman to conceive, except if they are too large, too many, cause symptoms or are subdural (I think).
Do you have only one fibroid? How are your periods and cycles? Are you using opks and checking your temps?

Just my two-pence worth! I have fibroids which were found during a laparoscopy for ovarian drilling (I also have pcos, which does affect my fertility). The gynae did not think the fibroids were of any consequence.
I also get lots of varying types of cm throughout the cycle. I think (and hope!) that its fairly normal and ewcm is just one part of the ov puzzle!!
