I came off the pill in May and had my withdraw bleed for a few days but then nothing, I am on CD70 and no AF. I have done a test and it was a BFN which I was OK as I knew I wasn't preggers., I didn't feel any different.

What do I do? How long have other people gone before their AF arrived? Does it mean I am not OV'ing at all so therefore no chance of getting preggers?

Is there a reason why AF hasn't arrived? What I mean is, is there anything to worry about?

umm I think lots of people have irregular periods after coming off the pill. I think agnus castus and acupuncture are supposed to help. You could go to docs to get blood tests done and they will be able to test for pcos or something that could be affecting your periods and then treat it. I think it is usually treatable.

hi there, i had the exact same thing and she arrived at cd76 in the end. I just took b vitamins which regulate hormones- not sure if they helped?! I assumed it was just cos i had been on the pill for so long
