In response to Lulu's questions about charting, I just thought it might be helpful to flash some of our charts to show various trends. Here's a few of mine:
My first ever temping chart - FF thought I had ov'd on CD 11 so I wanted to show how it looked initially:
However, as my temp dipped and then it followed 3 high temps, FF moved the ov date and this is how it looked at the end:
My next cycle was a bit better:
And this is my current cycle:

Just to explain some of the things used:
Dotted crosshair - FF was unable to be 100% sure of my ov.
Open circle - temp taken at a different time to usual
Dotted line where temp should show - didn't take my temp that day

Great Idea Tayto, and so helpful for me too as this is my first cycle temping so good to compare mine.
Mine is not a full month yet and i was freaking out a bit about the temp dip this morning but after a fair bit of frantic Googling, its quite common around 4DPO due to surges of oestrogen left over.... or at least I hope so anyways!! There is also some random high high temps at the start, which I'm putting down to two really hot nights that we had, but I'm clearly a lot cooler than Tayto but similar to CC as my temps are generally quite low 36's
It didn't take long for me to get into the habit of remembering to do it first thing either, if anything I'm excited to find out what my temps are doing every morning and seeing the graph develop!!
