    Hi carrie&big.

I've been getting these tests off ebay. I get them from a company called fertilityplan. according to the site they supply tests to the NHS so I figured they should be okay and it doesn't matter if you get addicted to POAS as they dont cost a fortune !!! lol

hi, id say they are same as ones i got but i got 20 in any combination of ov & pg tests. they are the pee in a pot ones not pee on a stick but they say they supply the NHS & Gp's etc. so they must be ok. still waiting on a +ov & only on month one of TTC so cant really say if they work or not!!

Hi, i used the ones from fertility plan. I first of all used the ultra sensitive ones that you are meant to be able to use from before your period is due, but i was getting obsessed with using them, literally from 2 days after ovulation til AF arrived and was getting really upset and stressed that i wasnt getting pregnant! So i stopped buying them and bought less sensitive ones, still from fertilityplan, mainly because i knew that there was no point testing til AF was due, therefore saving myself some money! They worked for me, although the day AF was due i only got a very faint BFP, and i ended up buying 2 first response tests anyway just to make sure! But i would say yes use them, they are next day delivery if you order before 3, and are just as accurate as the tests you can buy in the chemists-just half the price!

Well i have just bid on them - 20 for 4.50 (incl. postage) so hopefully they should turn up at the weekend so i can have a go on one of those first and then if i need to check i can use a FR.

what does 10miU mean? Is that sensitive?

i bought cheap ones when we first started trying a few years ago.. but found them to not be very good. as i get ov pains... i knew i was ov or about too. and they never showed up.

Bought the CBFM and that is fab.

I would think if your trying longer than 6months or whatever, then it is worth getting something more sophisticated.

i've not bought the ov sticks. i've only bought the pg tests and they seem to be okay. will let you know if i get a BFP one them.

if you've got them from fertilityplan they should arrive tomorrow morning as they post them 1st class. they're really good on the delivery times.
