I dont think I will use cheapy pg tests or ovulation tests again - never once did the ovulation sticks show up for me & I was convinced I would need clomid to conceive.
Week before my clear blue digital showed 2-3 weeks I had 3 negative tests (resulting in 5 gin the night before my bfp ha!).
If I had used a clear blue the week earlier I'd have got a 1-2 weeks and would have known earlier. If I hadnt been using cheapy ovulation sticks I might have known I was actually ovulating (long irregular cycles so difficult to know).
Just some advice in case it helps - in my experience it seems the more expensive products would definately be worth it.

I use the cheapie ones to satisfy my POAS addiction. I cant afford to pee on 20 FRER or CBDs in the run up to AF!
I got my last BFP on a cheapie on 12dpo in the evening. It was really faint but it was there, later confirmed with the FRER and again with the CBD the next morning.
I love having them there as a comfort. knowing I can test whenever I want. I get the Strip ones off amazon normally. - www.amazon.co.uk/.../ref=sr_1_5
I always have a branded test or two as well, just because I would always want to confirm it. I currently have 1 CBD, 1 FRER and 2 Clear Blue Plus tests, along with my 50 ICs and about 30 cheapie ov sticks.
I'm addicted to pissing on stuff.
