Thanks for replying, you hear so many stories that clomid can do all sorts to your body , I have all the symptoms of a period but , lower back ache, to af dull ache pain, I keep thinking am I that lucky, I did a pregnancy test the cheap dip ones off ebay on my first day and it was negative, I think that's why I'm frightened.

I waited atleast a week to do a test a digital one, I don't believe in all theese faint lines as I used to get them all the time but they was just negatives! The only symptoms I had was constapation & painful boobs! How come your on clomid? I have pcos and I'm only 22 years old xx

I'm 43 had my sterilisation reversed in beginning of June and after the operation is found out I stopped ovulating for some reason ,apparently this happens alot when you have this opportunity done.

Oh really /: I didn't ovulate ever I don't think, but I didn't even realise I was ovulating when on clomid and the nurse said to me dont have sex come back and we're see if your folicales have got any bigger because I think they was only like 11 when they need to be a lot bigger. So it was the weekend had a little glass of wine ended up having sex & actually fell pregnant 😂 I went back to hospital to check my folicales she said oh you didn't ovulate with clomid we're going to higher to 2 pills a day, so I took provera for 5 days and no period waited and waited and nothing so I decided to do a test big fat positive! I really wish you have your luck of having your bundle, didn't realise pregnancy would be this hard though! Very hormonal!! xx

I've had my first follicular tracking scan today. I have 2 follicles at 20mm. I need another scan In a week to check if they're burst to release eggs. Anyone experience this and did they all release eggs? I had a cyst recently I think that's why they're checking ta ladies x

Hi Liz i had follicles that was only around 11 and then over the weekend they must of shot up to 20mm for me to concieve and now be pregnant so if they are 20 apparently that's good? They tell you to not start baby making yet until they check your follicles again on the next scan but that's when i actually did fall pregnant not listening to them oooops lol x

Hi, I'm on my second try at clomid. The first time I successfully ovulated with it, but unfortunately didn't conceive. Feeling really low - does anyone have any advice?

hello. So here’s my story. My husband and I have been TTC FOR ABOUT 13 years. 11 while married and 2 yrs before with no contraceptives and I never got pregant. in December of 2017. I contacted a fertility specialist for a sperm count and a HSG TEST. THEN I ASKED FOR A PRESCRIPTION OF CLOMID AFTER 2 failed attempts right after the HSG. I took the clomid jan 31 2018 until Feb 4, 2018 & I’m pregnant. I would say. Don’t give up hope. Make sure u take the clomid on your 3rd cycle day until day 7 and make sure u and your spouse are having intercourse every other day. Good luck to you

Hi I am awaiting an appointment to see the gynaecologist about starting on clomid. I have previously had 2 rounds of ivf. The 2nd round was successful in 2015 but we lost the baby at nearly 15 weeks. We can’t afford to pay for further ivf cycles and I am not sure if I am being too optimistic in thinking that clomid may help. Any advice would be great.

Hello. I wouldn’t spend the money on ivf if i were you. i realized the fertility clinics will do anything to make money off patients who desperately want a child! But waiting on your OB is a good idea due to the pills only being $17 per prescription. I used clomid only one time maybe a month and a half after I had my tubes blew open. Even though I was told my tubes weren’t blocked. I was still able to get clomid from a second doctor because fertility specialists will not give you a prescription at all Unless your going to do IUI. But I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I didn’t have any problems so far with my daughter and I hope this helps you. But I only used clomid one cycle and I had sex every other day and it worked. I started clomid on Jan 31, 2018 through feb 4th, 2018 and I started getting busy around the 7th, the 9, the 11th and feb 14,2018. Got a Positive Test on Feb 24, 2018! I hope this helps and encourages you.

Hi girls, I hope you don’t mind me joining. my h and I have been trying for a baby for 4 years , we had a miscarriage march 2016 and no luck since, we are under the doctors and have both had tests, we found out March this year I have pcos. I have been put on metformin as of March when we found out about the pcos but stil no luck so the doctors now want to put me on Clomid and have told me to have a google before he prescribes it to me this month. I just have so many questions about it, I have googled and from what I can grasp i take Clomid for 5 days between cd3 and cd5 and also have to have a scan to see if I ovulate?? I think 🤔 too?? Sorry it’s just so overwhelmimg. I was wondering if someone could simplify it for me, also I was wondering what the success rate is for Clomid?? We’ve just been trying for so long I’m loosing faith.
baby dust to everyone

I honestly don’t have pcos. And I was told after a ultrasound that I am ovulating on my own but I wasnt in my own opinion but I was told I was. I was prescribed clomid anyway and told that I would have a high chance of twins and a 5 percent chance of triplets but I opted to take clomid anyway. I practically begged my OB to prescribe it And luckily he did. Also, w taking clomid, I had a 10 percent chance of having a tubal pregnancy but with the help from god, after I took clomid for the first time, she was in my uterus and everything was normal! I will say that when you stop taking it, maybe four or five day after, you may experience really bad ovulation pain, as I did. But it honestly worked. I read that after 1 or 2 months after a HSG test Plus clomid. You have about a 40 percent chance of getting pregnant and luckily it worked for me. Good luck to you all

Also, you do take clomid between cycle day 3 until all five pills are gone and it’s only 5 small pills! Also, I have had a lot of nausea with this pregnancy but I don’t think it has anything to do with clomid. I was told that nausea is a good sign for a healthy baby and pregnancy. Good luck again
