I am new to this site but it looks really great its just nice to be able to ask those questions you would feel a bit daft about asking the GP. Anyway i came off the pill five weeks ago and no signs of any period yet I know it can take a few months for it to get out of my system but is this normal.

also am a bit confused about all the abreviations can anyone help out i kinda get the gist of them? BFP, BFN, DPO???

Really excited about trying for our first baby!

Yes it's normal for it to take a while for your cycles to return to normal. I went to the doctors after 12 weeks and he said come back in another 12 if you hadn't had an AF / BFP. Luckily I had my AF the following week although my cycles are still messed up 7 months after stopping the pill. Is v. frustrating!
    Hope yours settle down quickly!
