Well, did you do the test? If not - do it, there is the chance you're pregnant, but it can also be sign of period to come. You said you have POS - do you speak with your doctor about your plan to conceive? Do you take hormones? My sister has it and doctor said if she want to have a baby, she has to take medicine to support her efforts.

POS is a disease which is connected to hormones, so my guess was that maybe you will need some kind of medicine support. But, I'm not a doctor - trust your's ;) It's good that you spoke with her about your plans.

and the diabetes drug would be metformin it is widely used, some women suffer very unpleasant side effdcts though. They can also use a drug called clomid to help with ovulation as for a lot of pcos sufferers ovulation may mot occur naturally.
id suggest you do a pregnancy test. Being dry isn't a symptom I've heard of in pregnancy, it's normally the opposite in early pregnancy. I too have pcos and suffer with dryness. I use a sperm friendly lube (fertility check sperm friendly gel or concieve plus or preseed) I would do some research if I was you.
