I think you can try too hard sometimes. I got pregnant last year & unfortunately it ended in miscarriage. We had been trying for months with no luck, I had stopped drinking & took pregnacare & then we bought a house so decided just to leave it for a few months & get moved. The first month we stopped thinking about it we got pregnant.
I think you can get too stressed about it.
We started trying again recently & in our 2nd month got pregnant. This time round I decided I wasn't going to stress & focus on it too much. I still took pregnacare but relaxed about timings & let myself have a glass of wine during time of the month & up to a week after.
One other thing though that I think really helped us it my husband started taking wellman conception about 2 months before we got pregnant last time & has been taking it this time round. Might be worth a go. He is convinced that this helped.
Good luck. xx

Yup I think you can actually. My periods used to be regular as clockwork until I started trying for my first and then they went all over the place which doesn't help ttc!!!!
I can also related to the unfairness - the day I found out I was PG I also found out my best friend was PG after ONE NIGHT!! Just one time unprotected and she was pregnant - she was also partying and drinking loads, she actually had to have 2 days off work because of the shock of being pregnant!!! I was so distraught I cried all the way home and then took a pg test in dispair haha and was pregnant!!
Your time will come hun - you just need to find other things to think aout I suppose!!

Hi Lizzy, So sorry hun, just try to relax a bit & not take it too seriously. I know it's hard when you are so desperate for a baby but it seems to have worked for me. Give those Wellman Conception a go for your hubby & chill out about it.
Hoping you get a bfp soon. Keep us informed. xx

Some people are just very fertile and lucky/unlucky (however they view it) and can get pregnant at the drop of the hat. All the things you are doing to prepare your body for pregnancy though like exercise, vitamins etc are all good - when you do conceive you'll have given your baby a great start! I guess the downside of actually TTC is that it can cause stress and stress can affect your ability to conceive. So carry on what you're doing and just relax - it will happen xxx
P.S I know it's easier said than done though - i'm just about to start month 1 TTC and its already a bit all-consuming!
