although i already have a son the broodyness kicked in big time and im so grumpy and feeling very impatient, what annoys me is that i got positive ovulation test.. had loads of nookie and nothing!! and to top it off through my 2ww i had lots of pregnancy symptoms which got my hopes up just to get a negative pregnancy test which made me feel gutted, im trying so hard to be casual about it by saying to myself, if it happens it happens im not botherd but my heart aches! some people fall pregnant first time, how? x lol x sorry today was test day and i got negative so im abit miserable today x

Oh do you mind if i join too?
We have been letting nature take its course since after having Hollie. But due to breastfeeding her i didnt get my first period until she was 13 months old. So this is our first month properly ttc, and it will be 4 weeks on friday that i last had a period.I dont know when i am due though as i never have regular cycles and not sure when to expect the next one anyway seeing as it will only be the second cycle after having her.
I think i could be pregnant as i have had a few symptoms, mainly the weeing constantly and the nausea. I thought i was going down with a stomach bug last week as i had nausea, but still have it now. With Hollie i had nausea pretty much from the start of my pregnancy and it was really bad in the evenings but it took another 2 weeks to get a positive test result.

hiya sweetie, your very welcome to join us, have you done pregnancy test yet? i went on ebay and brought 20 pregnancy tests for £2.75 and free pp, so ive always got loads of tests at home to do anytime i feel like peeing on a stick lol, i think i took 6 last cycle... bloody crazy behavior lol xx

Lol i have taken a fair few since having hollie too, mainly because i had no period for 13 months so kept thinking maybe i was.
i havent done a test yet, going to wait a week because it took until i was 6 weeks with Hollie to show up. And the other reason being that i have irregular cycles anyway i would often go 6 weeks with no period and that seemed normal for me.
Did you get advanced tests or normal ones?

I suppose it may be possible to be addicted to testing. I take it your test this morning was also negative was it?
I have just stopped feeding Hollie, it has been just about 2 weeks i think. I did start to try up my milk but for the past couple of nights i have been leaking again and i am now full up with milk. I only ever leaked milk in the first couple of months feeding Hollie so that is another reason why i think i could be pregnant.

good luck with ttc everyone - wishing you lots of babydust! LOL at pregnancy test addiction!! At least you're not spending loads of money doing it and being sensible buying in bulk!! They cost so much in Boots, it's crazy..
I tested about a 4 days before af was due and it was positive - i was too impatient to wait!! but am paying the price now as it feels like this pg has been going on for years.. (not that I don't know how lucky I am to be pg).
Lots of luck xx

Karen that sounds a good sign? Bex I take it you are still wating for af?
Just found out today my sister in law is pregnant again and whilst I'm really happy for her can't help feeling a little pang of jealousy (sorry I know that's not fair just can't help it)
Good luck to both of you x x

Cheryl, congratulations to your sister in law. I know what you mean about feeling jealous though, i was the same ttc Hollie when my mam told me my sister was pregnant. She sadly lost her baby though, and thinks she may have been carrying twins as a week later she had what seemed to be another miscarriage. If she hadn't mc her baby/babies would be a few weeks older than Hollie.
It is 4 weeks exactly today since last af, so going to leave it a few days more and then test.
Jade i have my fingers crossed for you.
Good luck to all of you, i hope we all start the new year with good news xx

Well the other night i had really bad period pains and expected to see my af yesterday morning, but still nothing. Last night though and this morning my nipples are really hurting, they hurt if anything touches them at all and i kept waking up in pain. I am going to get a test in the next couple of days to see what it says.
But i am a bit reluctant to test too soon as my cycle can be anywhere between 4-6 weeks so it may well still show up as a bfn.
Bex are you normally on time with your af?
