I stopped my birth control pills a little over a week ago. We have been trying to get pregnant ever since. I have still not gotten my period! I spot bled last Friday and had some light but consistent cramping today. Is there any way I could be pregnant that fast?! I have taken several test and they are all negative!

Hi Megan, Some women do get pregnant that fast. But likewise it can also take some women a while for their hormones to get back to normal after coming off birth control. It took me 13 weeks to get my first af after stopping the pill. Hope this helps.

Always remember too that first morning urine (FMU) will contain the highest a ought of hcg, so always test first thing in the morning.
I was was lucky to fall pregnant within my first month on the pill, but I did have a bleed after coming off my pill. X
