So, as promised on the other thread - bit more info on temping for you:
Helpful Article: www.babycentre.co.uk/.../how-to-chart-your-temperature-and-cervical-mucus
A thread we had on here to discuss all things temping: http://mumdrum.com/f/29/t/17803.aspx
One of my old charts:
I'll leave you to read up on it but if you have any questions, pop back on here and we'll try to help!

Actually, I've just realised that chart might be a bit daunting and make it look a lot more confusing than it really is!! The important bit to note is the red cross - that indicates ovulation which, in this case, was on cycle day 11. The colours and numbers at the bottom are just specific signs I recorded, not necessary to confirm ovulation. All you really need to do is record the temp every day, I tend to take it, update the app on my phone and then go back to sleep for a bit. It is important to do it at the same time every day as otherwise it will be difficult to confirm ovulation. Temping, along with OPKS or checking your cervix will also give you more accuracy.
The thermometer I have is this one: www.ebay.co.uk/.../310181567302
Fertility Friend - app I use - is here: www.fertilityfriend.com

Tayto you are so helpful! Thank you! I think I will definitely start temping

Tayto- can you please explain why day 11 is ovulation day? I thought due to peak in temperature but this appears to have occurred on day 14..... Very confused!

Ovulation is signified by at least 3 temp rises in a row. So day 11 is ovulation and it would of been confirmed by consistant temp rises in days 12, 13 & 14 :)
