    Hi all
Don't know why, but I'm feeling a bit down today! I'm also very confused with this ttc business. My cycles are quite long and irregular anything from 30 - 40 days. I've been looking at lots of websites which is probably a bad thing and have now convinced myself that my body is abnormal and I don't actually ov! Does this make me sound crazy?
I'm currently on day 15 and have dull achey pains in my tummy (bit like period pains), as well as lower back ache and yesterday evening i had a bit of pinky coloured discharge. I'm sure there is something physically wrong with me. I have been checking mucus this month and don't appear to have anything like egg white, so I don't think the pains can be ov.
I'm off the the docs tomorrow (about an unrelated issue) not sure whether to mention my concerns to her. As you can imagine I'm not really feeling like having sex right now, but thats not good for ttc and I think about now is the right time!! Does anyone have any advice at all, I'm feeling a bit lost and confused!

i agree with Jane talk to your GP about your concerns. There may be nothing wrong but at least she will be able to talk to you about it. TTC is really hard and we all seem to put ourselves through it every month with the wondering and waiting, i never realised it would be like this. talk to your other half too, let him know how you feel. it took me a while to do that but now i am glad i did it, MrC is so understanding and quite often knows when its a bad day and just hugs me. good luck

Thanks, I didn't think I would ever get like this about ttc. I am obsessed and scrutinise every slight thing to do with my body. I will mention things to gp tomorrow and hopefully she'll have some good advice. I thought that the egg white mucus thing was something that everyone got. I must sound very nieve, but all the websites i've looked at don't say that theres a possibility that you won't get it. Thanks again xxx

Aww thanks girls, you are all great!
Been to see gp tonight and she is going to do some blood tests. They have to be done on day 21 of cycle, which typically is on Saturday so it'll have to wait until Monday which by that point might be too late for this month! She is going to do the blood test anyway. Has anyone had anything similar to this?? Not sure what to expect when results come back. To be honest she didn't really reassure me or put my mind at rest but hopefully the blood test results will. Anyway having lots of sex over this week so who knows hopefully I might not need to worry about it if I get a BFP. Goodluck to you all too. xxx
