I came off the pill a month ago and wasfine, had a period literally a week after. This week just gone is driving me insane! Feeling hungry, sore boobs, stomach cramps, wake up feeling like it's going to Come out either end (sorry) parts of the day I feel ok. Some parts I feel ill. Get hot flushes. I'm taking seven seas trying for a baby pills for the last 2 weeks.
Has anyone else felt rough?

Hi Bartam, I'm in the same position as you.
Took my last pill on 6th Feb and have had weird symptoms on and off since then. In the second week I had really bad cramps almost constantly every single day. In the third week I had 5 days of headaches, nausea and extreme lightheadedness, no appetite etc.
Things seem to have died down again now but I have had cramps, left pelvic pain, sore nipples and a bit of a dodgy tummy for the last few days so I'm hoping it's a sign of my first proper period being on the way.
I have been doing pregnancy tests every week just in case as I know the symptoms of post-pill, PMS and pregnancy can all be similar. Have you done any tests?

Hiya, sorry for late reply. I done 1 and it came back negative. I feel a lot better. I used the ovulation sticks and it kept saying negative. I have come on today so I know I've ovulated for me to come on but it kept saying negative. Is this also common?

I've never had a proper dark positive with the cheap ovulation test strips. Maybe you should see the doctor to get your hormone levels checked

I've done 3 straps during 2 weeks and there was no positive line at all. Not even a weak one. Was just a dark negative. But I've come on so a bit confused and wondering if it was common. :-)

For ovulation tests it helps to test at 2/3 times a day during your potential fertile time
