    Hi Lesley

I came off pill at beginning of April and had withdrawal bleed as expected. My cycles since then have been 40 and 48 days. this month I decided to use ovulation sticks to try and chart when I am ovulating - I am on CD26 today (Friday). I had stomach cramps and a faint line sun - thurs this week and now have nothing. Could it be I am not ovulating? Should I see the doctor or will they just send me away as it has not been a year?

I am posting now as can't get on here at that time on Monday!

    Thanks

    hi lesley,

can you give me any advice please?

I had a mc 8 weeks ago and have not had my first cycle yet as only just stopped bleeding this month ( spotting mainly), can you advise me on anything to boost ovulation as i have pcos (mild). I have spoken to my gp and she said that once i have my first cycle i can start ttc. I would just like to get my body prepared, so i can hopefully have a healthy pregnancy this time around.

    thank you x

i had a missed miscarriage inFeb.
I am now on my 6th cycle ttc.
Last time i got pregnant 1st month and now nothing seems to be working. we are using ov tests and charting temps etc. Is there any advice on anything else we could try?

Also can a miscarriage cause any fertility problems? getting paranoid as it's taking so long this time.

    Thanks

    Hello there,

How long can it take once you are off the pill for you to start oving? I have been off it three months now, my first real af was 28 days then 31 days and now 31 days again so they have gone back pretty fast which i am pleased about.

Last month was the first time i got ewcm though it was still a very small amount, i do get pains but have no idea if I am oving and do not really want to use OV sticks as I think they will just stress me out. I have only just started to take my temp so will see if that helps me to see if i am oving or not.

If I am not oving is there anything i can do to help me to start? Or will this be somthing I will have to wait a year for till the doctors are willing to help me.

    Many thanks

    K-lou xx

i had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago today and had regular 28 day periods prior to this - i was expecting to come on my period yesterday but only had the tiniest amount of pink discharge and now nothing - is this my period starting or could this be implantation bleeding as we have been having unprotected sex for 2 weeks now. x

    Hi there.
We have been trying for 10 months now and was wondering if i should go to th docs. Im 37 and feel that times dragging on a bit. My cycles have went from 30 days to 32-33 the last few. Taking pregnacare conception dont smoke and would say pretty healthy.I already have a 9 yr old boy from previous relationship and fell first mth with him. My husband also has a daughter from previous relationship. Ive had 2 major bowel ops in past and wondering if old scar tissue might have blocked my tubes??

    Thanks Annette

How bad are / can OV pains be? I have awful low pains today around ovary area but it is also hurting my kidneys. I am nearly doubled over with the pain. Is this normal?

Sorry, there has been a bit of a misunderstanding here at babyexpert. This webchat is taking place on the Trying for a baby messageboard here: http://www.babyexpert.com/chatroom/topic/45892

If there isn't time to answer your queerstion today, remember we are running fertility and conception webchats every week throughout August so there will be a chance on Monday next week to post questions too.

    Apologies for this confusion.

I am sooo p****d off with this! I purposely posted my question early as couldn't get on at 12 -1pm today - only to get home and find it was put in the wrong place. So basically if we are working we have no chance of getting questions answered! thanks!! Also, what is the point of this forum?

Me too immense this was a COMPLETE waste of time. Even those who did manage to get on here on time could not post questions the forum was so unbelievably slow it took 20 minutes to load a web page. It is a joke!
