I have a very regular 26 day cycle. If we don't get our BFP (and I'm not too confident at the moment), here's when my next few AFs are due to fall:

April - Easter weekend, when we're staying with the in-laws and sleeping on the floor
Early May - The weekend I'm going on a friend's hen do
Late May - Our first wedding anniversary
June - First week of our holiday

I can't believe she's due at such inconvenient times four months running!!!! :x

thats really bad. Although where there is a will, there is a way!! I have just checked the calendar to make sure that I am not OV over easter when we will be at the inlaws. The sex isnt a problem, its the having to lay in bed for an hour thats the problem! Im lucky this month, as i OV just after easter, i think the monday or tuesday, but it could be over the weekend. I will take my OV sticks with me and see what happens

sleeping on the floor is ok, you can have a little love session if you are really quiet

my mistake, i thought you meant thats when you were OV!! i read the words in my head correctly, and thought something else! that is most definately poor timing, its horrible having AF when you are not at home. I just said to OH that i cant wait til we have a baby and then i can go back on the pill! at least you will be at home for uninterrupted BD at OV time

it could be worse you could be away when you are due to OV!, i am away with the girls during my possible OV dates, ggrrr no chance of a BFP if i'm away
FX you will have to be as sober as a judge for those times due to your BFP!!

I'm with Emma on this one - you should be thinking:

Easter - trying to hide pregnancy from PIL until 12 weeks!
    Hen do - cant drink!
Wedding anniversary - cant drink but very happy anniversary gift!!
Holiday - how good bump will look in bikini!!

It's all about the PMA!! xx

Thanks ladies. I was just so disappointed last month that I don't want to get my hopes up too much this month - couldn't stand the same level of disappointment if AF shows up, but would be perfectly happy to have a nice surprise if I get my BFP. x

Oh em, I hope it's your BFP. Don't worry about inlaws, it's amazing how "quiet" you can be during BD if you have to be!

I'm actually a total cock-eyed optimist, but really trying to rein myself in - this is cycle 12 of TTC (although it's only been 10 months - the advantage of having short cycles!) and I've got my hopes up so many times now that I kind of want a month off from all the waiting and hoping. Mind you, I'm sure I'll be symptom-spotting by the end of this week - I'm incorrigible!

I have done a couple of things to try to coax my BFP along - like yesterday I bought two new dresses for all the family parties around the time of my brother's wedding in July, and one of them in particular has absolutely NO spare room in it! Plus booked a totally impractical holiday in Spain and bought a job lot of tampons at Costco. Surely sod's law says I HAVE to get my BFP after all that... (but I'm not getting my hopes up, honest!) x
